There is not enough time in the day to do all that we do. No wonder we often feel exhausted and unhappy. The Bible says that there is a remedy for our endless activity. God strengthens us, empowering us to push through and get our jobs done. Sometimes He does that by empowering us to say "no" when we should, rest when we should, and keep our lives balanced.

Ok let's get ready. . . Titus Works is doing push ups getting ready for the call at 8:00 pm cst. I walked during my lunch today taking in the beautiful day, but I have to tell you how the walking became an idea. This morning on my way to work I saw a woman who, appeared to be pretty much older than myself. She was running, and her run was at a very very slow pace. I heard myself say, here is this older woman RUNNING and I won't even get off the sofa and walk. . .Then I realized I have the POWER TO CHANGE that if I wanted to. . .soooooo at lunch guess what!!! I WALKED AND ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT . . . I AM POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE!!!!
